A 9 de Janeiro de 1944 nasceu James Patrick Page, Jimmy Page, um dos guitarristas que mais influenciou o rockn'roll. Integrou os Yardbirds entre 1966 e 1968, fundando então os Led Zeppelin. Jimmy Page é "apenas" um dos virtuosos da guitarra do rock.

Led Zeppelin, A Banda da minha adolescência, era britânica e ficou célebre pela sua inovação e influência no heavy blues-rock. Foi formada por Jimmy Page, John Bonham, John Paul Jones e Robert Plant. A morte de John Bonham, em 1980, fez com que os restantes elementos da banda entendessem terminá-la ali mesmo.
